What’s in the trailer package?

Along with the bikes, the package includes:

Single axle trailer which is optimized for easy movement and garage
storage. (*Custom exterior branding available).
The trailer is fully retrofitted with a shore power adaptor system (plugs into any
household outlet).
Power bank for battery charging
Storage compartment for helmets and gear.
Integrated bike racks for easy transport of the bikes.
Work station with stand, bike pump, standard tool kit and cart.
Helmets and locks for each bike.
Tablet with preloaded rental software and POS system ready to be set up.

Do you have spares and replacement parts?

Most ebike on the market have limited or no spare parts available. We pride ourselves
on keeping stock of every part of the bike (fenders, chain guards, forks, cables, etc.) with the exception of the frame.

This is extremely important as rental bikes are used daily and wear and tear is inevitable.

Stock parts are available to you to ensure your fleet is up and running.

What about maintenance for my fleet?

Our CX-3 model is intentionally designed to be simple, durable, and easy to maintain. We build with high-quality, widely available components—so your team or a local bike shop can handle routine service without special tools or training. Most upkeep comes down to the basics: keeping tires inflated, chains lubricated, and brake pads replaced when worn.
For peace of mind, every fleet package also includes a starter kit of spare parts and tools.

With a little routine care, your CX-3 fleet will stay on the road generating revenue season after season.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Two year warranty on frame and one year warranty on electronics.

How much does it cost?

Turnkey packages which include 10 assembled bikes, retrofitted trailer, safety
equipment, maintenance gear, POS system, with pricing around $15,000.
With Affirm financing, a kit can be available with no money down and payments under $600 per month.

Can I really make money doing this?

- The average hourly ebike rental rate can vary but typically falls in the $20-40 dollar range. Assuming a traditional rental rate of $25 an hour, a business owner can earn $2,000 per day! (10 bikes X 8 hours rented). If you only work weekends, you can make $16,000 per month!*
- Money can be generated through Traditional Rentals
- Hourly / Daily Rentals – Standard beach, park, or city rentals for tourists and locals.
